AquaGen AS is a research-oriented breeding company that develops, produces and supplies genetic starting material and fertilized eggs to the global aquaculture industry. Our business is built on more than 50 years of targeted breeding work, research and development.
AquaGen, headquartered in Trondheim, with production operations in Heim, Tingvoll, Ørsta and Steigen, as well as activity in Ås. The company group has more than 300 employees and international operations in Denmark, Scotland and Chile. Through research, genetics and secure production, we contribute to healthier and more robust fish and a more sustainable aquaculture industry.
