We are hiring a cloud solution architect who has a deep understanding of cloud engineering in AWS. You will be joining a forward-thinking, innovative team that is responsible for building our new DNB Corporate Bank on web, mobile and API channels.

Job responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using AWS
• Work closely with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Share your knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and growth
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and engineering
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud systems for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within DNB

Qualifications & skills:

• Solid experience with modern cloud architecture (observability, microservices, cloud-native, DDD and event-driven architecture)
• Strong expertise in API design, integrations, and data pipelines
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of databases (relational, NoSQL, and graph/vector databases)
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud migration, with a practical approach to design transition architectures and, when necessary, making tactical decisions to shape the target solution
• Experience developing backend services shared across both mobile and web
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in enterprise-level environments and finding solutions across disciplines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English

Education & experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, including 3+ years in Cloud Architecture roles
• Background as a Developer
